Our adoption through The Villages was such a great and pleasant experience. When we adopted our son Keaton almost nine years ago, we were new to the experience and didn’t know what to expect. The Villages and our case worker, Nicole Schultz, walked us through on what to expect, how much things would cost, and prepared us on things to expect through the adoption process.

Any time that we had questions or concerns about anything, Nicole and her staff were quick and ready to provide us answers to our questions.

When it came around for us to adopt, for the second time, the process was just as easy and transparent. We’ve also been just as equally impressed with the amount of care that we have received through the adoption process and post adoption. I always thought it was very thoughtful that they called to check in with us to see how everybody was doing post adoption. That tells me that the staff at The Villages really do care about the people they serve.
