We are in countdown mode for CHAIRish the Children. If you’ve been following us on Facebook or Twitter you have likely seen us talking about our upcoming signature event at the Lucas Estate. We are happy to say that our supporters have been tremendous thus far and we are on pace for a record year!
Our online auction has been up since last Friday and we have seen tremendous traction. With a possible 57 items to bid on it can be hard to decide. We thought featuring some specific chairs, as well as suggesting others based on your interest, might help you along. We broke it down into the most popular chair and non-chair items.
MOST POPULAR CHAIRS
1. Colts Chair with Reggie Wayne Autographed Jersey: $135*
This chair has already been extremely popular, which is expected given the success of the team. Plus, it comes with an autographed Reggie Wayne jersey! We think this Colts bench would be a nice addition to this chair, don’t you?
2. Indiana University Adirondack Chair: $95*
The cream and crimson are drooling over this unique Adirondack. It has several bids and watches. If this Bloomington school is your thing you might also consider this adorable children’s chair. It would go perfect in a young child’s room or play area.
3. Superman Round Stool: $85*
Mothers (and grandmothers) of little boys rejoice! Last year we heard that CHAIRish supporters were missing chairs made specifically for little boys. We listened, spoke with our artists, and are able to provide you with a variety of chairs made just for little boys. This racing bench is another piece that was created with little boys in mind.
MOST POPULAR NON-CHAIRS
1. Indiana Pacers Suite Package (including 12 tickets, 4 parking passes, food and beverage): $1550*
The Pacers are so fun to watch and bring Banker’s Life Fieldhouse to life. This suite package is, well, sweet. If you’ve considered bidding on this, or already have, you might also like this Pacers chair. Complete with a basketball net this will definitely add some character to your home.
2. Southwest Airlines (two tickets): $1,001*
The back-and-forth bidding activity for these Southwest Airlines tickets has been fun to watch (and made our neck hurt just a bit). If you like to travel and don’t mind staying closer to home you might also consider this weekend excursion to Brown County. For a fraction of the price you can get away and treat yourself to a mini-vacation.
3. Indianapolis Colts Club Seats Tickets (2 tickets for the 2014 season): $370
The Colts have been a running theme throughout our online auction. These club seat tickets are hot and are receiving a lot of buzz. If the Colts gets your attention, this Cory Redding autographed football would be a nice addition in your home and a great keepsake as he continues his career with the Colts.
