We understand and believe in the importance of continuing education and development for foster families, even after licensing is completed. The Villages' foster families receive services and support including: Ongoing training and development 24-hour staff support Counseling services Financial reimbursement Support groups/respite care Ongoing support to foster families provided by a team of Villages professionals including a case manager or social worker, Clinical Director and the Regional Director of the local office
