Clinical Director Central Region – Evansville Office
This 30 hour a week position is responsible for clinical supervision of child and family services throughout The Villages’ Southern Region. Based in Evansville, this position also covers surrounding counties. Responsibilities include clinical supervision of case managers, development of therapeutic foster families and provision of some individual and group therapy.
We are seeking an experienced clinical supervisor with strong interpersonal and organizational skills who demonstrates the ability to think and plan systemically. The position requires a current Indiana license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with a minimum of 5 years previous experience in related field. Some regional travel is required. The Villages offers a competitive salary and fringe benefit package. Therapeutic Foster Care, Adoption and Family Services experience is a plus.

Social Worker Therapist, Kokomo
This position requires the ability to provide strong clinical leadership to the home based services program as well as the provision of some individual and group therapy. A master’s degree in social work or related field and a minimum of 2 years experience in community based services. Supervisory experience preferred. Flexible scheduling including some evening and weekends. Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.

Neighborhood Liaisons for Community Partners
The Villages is seeking Neighborhood Liaisons for multiple areas in Indiana working with the Community Partners for Child Safety Program (CPCS). This is a voluntary and free program for families with minor children. We are currently in need of liaisons in the counties of Johnson and Shelby. The liaison will be an advocate and support for the family. The liaison will assist the family in connecting with community resources. A bachelor's degree in a social work or related field with 2 years related experience is required *OR* 5 years of social work experience. Flexible hours required including some evenings and weekends. Reliable transportation with good driving record also required.

Part-time Therapist, Marion Office, Anderson area
A master’s degree in social work or comparable counseling degree is required. Flexible scheduling required, including evening and weekends. Applicants must have at least 2 years of clinical therapy service experience.
Ability to speak Spanish is a plus. This is a part-time position with hours to be scheduled as needed – no benefits. ________________________________________
Healthy Families Supervisor, Lake County
The supervisor provides support and supervision to the Healthy Families staff and clients. The supervisor will conduct weekly team meetings, problem solve and troubleshoot program issues, and check files, documentation and data entry for timeliness and accuracy. This position will assist with the interviewing, hiring and evaluation. The supervisor will ensure quality service delivery by talking with families, shadowing visits and recruiting for advisory board members and referrals to the program. This position will coordinate and/or assist with community meetings, public relations and fundraising activities.
Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree, valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Prior experience with social services, child development and home-based services are required. Applicants must be available for flexible scheduling and on an occasional emergency basis.

We have a part-time, hourly position available for the above listed area. This position will work with The Villages of Indiana, Inc. post adoption program. This grant-funded position will provide services to new parents in the home including parent education and child development activities. Prior experience with social services, early childhood development, home-based services, child welfare, or child care is preferred. Experience working with diverse groups and community agencies is helpful. HS Diploma, valid driver’s license with good driving record and reliable transportation are minimum requirements. Bilingual English/Spanish and/or bachelor’s degree is a plus. Schedule will be flexible.
