Healthy Families Supervisor, Lake County Office
Healthy Families Supervisor for Lake County provides supervision and support to the Healthy Families staff and clients including weekly staff meetings; problem solving program issues; checking files, documentation and data entry for timeliness and accuracy; and assisting with the hiring process. This position will ensure quality service delivery by talking with families, shadowing visits and implementing surveys. Help coordinate community meetings, public relations and fundraising activities. Requires a bachelor’s degree, a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Must be available for flexible scheduling and an occasional emergency basis. Requires prior experience with social services, child development, home- based services; and supervisory experience.
